Private Credit Management
The Credit Management department is responsible for managing funds that invest in different private credit asset types, optimizing the risk/return ratio. The investment and monitoring process relies on rigorous analysis of the companies/FIDCs and monitoring of different indicators.
As pillars, we have a dedicated management team, and active portfolio management with diversified strategies. Thus, we created a variety of funds to attract all kinds of investors due to yield over CDI* (*Local interbank rate), generating value for those investors without losing focus on preserving and protecting the shareholders’ equity.
REITs Management
REITs are a way for you to invest in real estate without having to buy a property directly. Resources are allocated to assets such as condominiums, shopping malls, hospitals, corporate buildings, warehouses, and more. Our goal is to monetize our shareholders through different strategies such as the purchase of Real Estate Certificates or through our Fund of Funds.
The Real Estate Business department has an experienced and qualified team. Our manager seeks assets with the best risk/return ratio, diversifying resource allocations in different regions of the country, reducing the risk of vacancy, and offering investors exclusive opportunities.
