Investment Process

Analysis

Through quantitative and qualitative filters, we analyze new credit allocation opportunities. At this stage, we carry out a thorough due diligence process, gathering relevant information to analyze risks (sectorial and competition’s) and also financial (leverage/financial flow)

Credit Committee

It has a biweekly/extraordinary frequency and deliberates on credit limits and allocation strategies, which are agreed upon and signed by all members

Risk Control

Alongside the management team, the risk area checks the exposure limits approved in committee as well as regulations’ ceilings. Greater focus on liquidity risk

Monitoring

The management team monitors the investments to define and control goals and risk/return metrics, reviewing credit concentration limits, as well as other ratios

Risk Mitigation

The management and risk teams seek to mitigate possible hazards and may call a special committee to deliberate changes on credit limits, as well as allocation
